Delivery time

It depends a lot on the style of painting chosen
Linear only: 2/3 days
Lineart+simple painting: 4/5 days
Full rendering: 1 week/2,5 weeksIf there is someone in front of you, the deadline changes with prior noticeComplete orders will be delivered via the customer's preferred method (email, WhatsApp only brazilian, Discord, etc.)

Payment

Payments are only accepted via Paypal and Pix. I do not provide refunds for payments made via Paypal, however, in terms of refunds for payments made on Pix, I will refund 50% of the amount if you request cancellation before starting the contouring process. After that, there are no refunds.

I will start work only after receiving payment. no pay, no work.

Depending on the complexity of the order, price changes may occur.

Possible changes

Requests for changes made after the drawing has been finalized (if not due to the artist's forgetfulness or mistake) will be charged 20% of the initially agreed amount (per change)

Usage rights

The artist has the right to display the drawing publicly on social media and use it in their portfolio, so remember to notify us in advance if you are interested in exclusivity in your order.

The artist has the right to refuse their order if they are not comfortable with what the customer asks for.

I do not authorize the use of my art to train AI

I do not give permission to make changes to the drawing, if you want any changes, ask me and I will make them.

The client only has the right to personal use of the work (e.g. profile photo, banner, etc.). If it is an order for commercial use (e.g. selling stickers, prints, etc.), please notify us in advance to negotiate the price.

References

You must provide image reference for character, pose, accessories, background, etc. This will go a long way toward illustrating your ideas
